When the woman bought her house, it came with two parking spaces. Since she was single, she didn’t use the second space, and the management company offered to buy it for a large sum. But she refused, figuring she might one day get married, and in the meantime, it was helpful for guests coming to visit.
She Hosted A Dinner Party
One weekend, the woman arranged a dinner party for her friends. She was excited to see them all and prepared for the event. There was an ongoing joke in her friendship group about her spare parking space. Whoever arrived first was lucky as they didn’t have to struggle to get a visitor spot or walk from ages away.

The next day, the woman received messages from some of her friends. They were angry at her for towing the car, making a disabled person’s life harder and costing them at least $200. But the woman said that it was her property, just like the rooms in her house, and if a disabled person came into her kitchen and started making food because it was easier for them, it would be crazy!
She Felt Bad
There were signs everywhere around her condo stating that if people used a resident’s parking, they would be towed, so why were her friends trying to make her feel bad? The woman was conflicted and asked the internet for advice.
